The goods displayed on this website are only available while stocks permit and can be removed at any time without prior notice. The images, pricing and descriptions of products can be amended at any time without prior notice.

Colours of all items are displayed as accurately as possible, however, different browsers and variations in resolution, print methods, screen settings and other factors may affect how an item is displayed, therefore total colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

Making A Purchase

Purchasing goods from the Cherchbi website is straightforward and safe. Browse the shop, add the items you wish to buy to the basket and click Checkout when you have finished shopping. You will then be asked for a few details that are necessary to complete your order.

Cherchbi accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and American Express. We accept payment on these cards from the UK, Europe, the US and most Asian countries. If you reside in a country or region other than those stated above please contact us for advice on payment and delivery to your address.

All payments are processed in GB Pounds sterling. Payment in any other currency will be calculated by your payment provider and converted to your local currency on your card statement. Your card will be debited when you complete the Checkout procedure.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and advise you as soon as possible.

Cherchbi reserves the right to refuse any order from any company or individual.

Delivery

It is our priority to despatch your goods using a fast, efficient and cost-effective delivery service.

Delivery Service

UK: Your items will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.
EU: Your items will be despatched via Royal Mail Airsure, or if unavailable, by an appropriate alternative service.
International: Your items will be despatched via Royal Mail Airsure, or if unavailable, by an appropriate alternative service.

Delivery Schedule

UK: We will despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt, this should arrive no later than 3 days after ordering.
EU: We will despatch your goods within 2 working days of receipt of your order, from this date you should then allow up to 15 working days for delivery. In most cases delivery time is less than this stated period.
International: We will despatch your goods within 2 working days of receipt of your order, from this date you should then allow up to 20 working days for delivery. In most cases delivery time is less than this stated period.

Delivery Charges

For orders of up to and including two items we charge for delivery per item. For orders of three or more items, we will charge for delivery of the two largest items only. The charge for the third and any additional items is waived. For example, the UK delivery cost for an order of one Bag and one Accessory would total £18.00, the UK delivery charge for two Bags and two Accessories would be £24.00 (delivery is only charged for two Bags, delivery charge is waived for the two Accessories).

Tax Charges

All prices on our site are in GB pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate. If your order is being despatched outside the European Union (EU) then the VAT will be deducted.

When you Checkout you can select the intended destination for your order, and we will automatically calculate the relevant shipping costs and deduct the VAT, if appropriate.

Duty and Customs

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which, if charged, you will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges.

Credit Card Security

When an order is placed via our website the transaction information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates. We do not store or see any credit card information on system. All credit card transactions are processed using Sage Pay (formerly Protx), which is the UK's largest internet payment service provider. It is impossible for any third party to examine, use or modify any information passed to the Sage Pay servers. Sage Pay is an approved card payment solutions provider for most major banks and credit cards.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect from you via the website to efficiently fulfil your order. We do not sell, trade or rent your information to others.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, card billing address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order.

We also ask for your telephone number enabling us to contact you should there be any issue with your order. For some international deliveries this number may be given to the courier company assist delivery to you.

Only if you agree, we may contact you with information relating to Cherchbi which may be of interest to you.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Cherchbi for the above-mentioned purposes only.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Returns Policy

Should you wish to exchange or return any items purchased from our website please email returns@cherchbi.com. We will then advise the address to which the return should be despatched. Only items purchased from the website may be returned in this way.

Please email us and return your item(s) unused and in an unmarked condition with all original tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt. You must enclose a copy of your invoice. Items returned outside this time period or not adhering to this stated procedure will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by Cherchbi. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

Please send the goods via a guaranteed delivery service with tracking facility, as we cannot be held liable for any returned goods that become lost in transit.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your returned goods are accepted you will be issued with an exchange or refund, as you require. We regret that postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We are only able to refund the card originally used for payment.

The website and its content are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks and design rights. Cherchbi reserves its rights in respect of this.

Unless expressly authorised by us, it is strictly forbidden to copy, download, adapt, alter, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works of any content of the website, in whole or in part.
